Michał Dmoch
is a team spirit and sales manager responsible for eastern Poland. He has been involved in probiotic products for years – he knows them like few others, having worked with them even before the Petbiom project was created. Today, he shares this knowledge with passion and commitment, leading meetings and discussions that inspire people to discover the potential of beneficial microbiota. Michał perfectly cunderstands the needs of veterinarians, breeders, andcanimal keepers – which is why he knows how to find aclanguage that combines science with practice.

MD, is a veterinarian passionate about animals and unafraid of innovation. She is fascinated by the versatile use of probiotic strains, and as co-creator of the ANIBIOM concept, she joins forces with microbiologists, biotechnologists, research institutions, and other veterinarians. Why? To collaborate and continually search for new, effective, and safe animal therapy methods.
Dr. Karolina Malewska, Veterinary Physician
Dr. Karolina Malewska is an expert in animal digestive health! She specializes in veterinary gastroenterology and works as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She combines science with practice, helping four-legged patients and advancing veterinary medicine in Poland. Her mission? To help animals and improve treatment!

Ewelina and Jarosław Turek
Ewelina is a true microbiologist – passion and knowledge are her hallmarks. Jarek, on the other hand, loves innovation, so he naturally chose biotechnology. He founded the first molecular laboratory in Warmia and Mazury. They combined their strengths, passions, and ideas to create their own biotechnology company. The result? They became inventors and obtained patents in the EU and the US for unique strains of probiotic bacteria.
